The Karnataka Chalanachitra Academy has released two books – ‘Chitra Patha’ by Pragathi Ashwathnarayan and Shashidhar Chitradurga and ‘Chitrotsava Hinnale Munnale’ written by HS Manjunath at a crowded Gandhi Bhavan second floor auditorium on Saturday evening.


Prod Baraguru Ramachandrappa released ‘Chitra Patha’ while Dr Srinath released ‘Chitrotsava Hinnale Munnale’. Karnataka information department Kannada and Culture secretary BG Nandakumar, Gandhi Smaraka Nidhi President Ho Srinivasaiah, Information director NR Vishukumar, KFCC President Thomas D Souza, KCA Chairman SV Rajendra Singh Babu, Jai Jagadish, Edakallu Chandrasekhar, authors Pragathi Ashwathnarayan, Shashidhar Chitradurga, HS Manjunath were on the dais.


KCA registrar Dinesh welcomed the gathering. Formal state anthem was recited by Indira, Amrutha and Veena.


SV Rajendra Singh Babu outlined the work in progress in his regime.
